Purchasing Fundamentals


To purchase you will need to review the purchase agreement and offering statement provided below as a PDF file.  These can also be mailed to you by contacting Jason Gray.  Please review all of the documents very carefully as it is a legally binding agreement.  Once you have decided to purchase, the purchase agreement and receipt of offering statement will need to be executed and returned to Jason Gray, Houndstooth Condominiums 700 15th Street Tuscaloosa, Alabama 35401, along with your escrow deposit of 10%.  The escrow deposit can be in the form of cash or a letter of credit.  If you decide not to purchase the condominium within seven days of mailing the purchase agreement, the rescission period, your escrow deposit will be refunded to you.  After seven days, the contract will be binding and no escrow funds will be returned.
